These services are successful because we make it easy for clients to book and track reports, and provide a guarantee that properties will be protected by these reports. Our end of tenancy check out will assign tenant/landlord responsibility, and if a dispute arises, we assist until it is resolved. Less than 0.01% of these reports end up in adjudication (reported by My Deposits).

With national coverage, our clients range from large national agents to small independents. We provide a booking and tracking portal for all clients, and a choice to deal centrally through 1 point of contact or with the nearest office on a local basis. We provide clients with a tailored service, covering an outsource service, or our Kaptur software for clients who wish to conduct their property inventory management inhouse, or a combination of both.
